Congratulations to our 2024 Annual SCR Grantees! On this page you will find everything you need to fulfill the grant requirements and submit your final report.
All Final Reports are due no later than 30 days after the completion of the funded program.
Marketing and Promotion
Required Credit Line
ALL Statewide Community Regrant awardees must include the following credit line in ALL marketing and publicity materials:
“This (event, project, program) is made possible with funds from the Statewide Community Regrant Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Governor and the New York State Legislature, and administered by The Huntington Arts Council.
Required Logo
ALL Statewide Community Regrant awardees must include the HAC logo on all marketing and publicity materials. Please note there are 2 logos that are approved for use, please use them appropriately.
Digital logo – for all online digital assets, click here.
Print – for all print media, click here.
Please do NOT use the NYSCA logo on any publicity or marketing materials for SCR bi-monthly or annual grant awarded programs.
Final Reports
ALL Statewide Community Regrant awardees are required to submit a final report. Your final report must include proof of how the grant funds were used. Acceptable proof may include receipts, invoices, canceled checks etc. A final budget worksheet, (link below), publicity and marketing materials, audience data and demographics, photos of the program/presentation/event and narrative are also required.
