Professional Development Series
The Huntington Arts Council offers a free Professional Development Series created for the community, by the community. Based on feedback from two HAC surveys, the PD program offers FREE entrepreneurial workshops for Long Island based artists and organizations seeking to strengthen their best practices and programming. Topics include but are not limited to; identity, community engagement, marketing, finance etc.
Professional Development workshops also provide valuable resources for individual artists and organizations who are considering applying for any Long Island Grants for the Arts funding opportunity.
