NEW Member Meet Ups are quarterly gatherings that bring the Huntington Arts Council art community together to share work, spark ideas, and connect with fellow creatives. HAC members come together to talk about works in progress, projects, and performances in a lively, collaborative setting. It’s a space to show what you’re making, see what others are up to, and be part of an active, supportive arts community.

Our first Member Meet Up is scheduled for:
Thursday, March 19th, 2026, 6:30 – 8:00PM

How it Works
There are two ways to participate in this meet up.
1. You can be a presenter. This is a FREE opportunity for current HAC Artist Circle Members. Refer to the instructions below.
2. All HAC Members can attend and meet other artists. You will need to purchase a $10 ticket.
Want to Present?
We’re looking for current HAC Artist Circle Members who want to share their work and connect with other creatives.
- Current HAC Artist Circle Members who are interested in presenting are encouraged to fill out the form below.
- Current HAC Artist Circle Members will be asked to upload 10 images or one, 2-minute video showcasing their current or upcoming projects.
- 10 members will be selected to present per each Artist Member Meet Up. First come, first served. Selected members will receive an email with their presenting time slot.
- A PowerPoint presentation will be created by HAC using your responses to the questions and the images you upload.
- Each presenter’s PowerPoint will allow you to have 2-3 minutes to introduce yourself and share your work in a relaxed, supportive setting.
- After presentations are complete, the event continues with time to connect and chat.Â
Presenters need to register by March 14th, 12:00 AM.Â
General attendees can purchase tickets through March 19th.
