This new intimate manifestation of a past Dance Visions NY work is based on an original poem and is created with 3 dancers. With mythic overtones, it addresses timeless and timely themes of dark and light, destruction and creation, and cycles of endings and beginnings. Using the spoken poem over background music, and incorporating Isadora Duncan dance repertory, it is the first of a 3-part symbolic work following a river as it makes its way toward the ocean.
