Clemente Ettrick is pleased to introduce Long Island’s North Shore to his latest collection of oil and pastel paintings which are based on a collaboration with New York City choreographer Bárbara MartÃnez and TrashBata, her flamenco-style dance designed to increase the public’s concern about the environment. Clemente’s TrashBata collection will be exhibited alongside his Pasión: Spanish Dance collection. This extensive pair of collections will be on display at Great Neck’s main library throughout the month of April. At the opening reception, members of the public will be able to see both collections, watch Bárbara perform TrashBata, and talk with both artists about their collaboration and work. Full-sized giclée reproductions of the paintings will be available for order.
