The BAFFA Art Gallery presents Overcoming Thoughts, the paintings of upcoming artist Renee Brown. The artist, a lifelong resident of Long Island, says she is “often inspired by the beautiful landscape and wildlife around me.” The paintings express “vivid imagery of humans embracing nature in a search for solitude.” The exhibit can be viewed on July 20, 20, 27, and 28 from noon to 4 PM with an artist’s reception on July 20 from noon to 3 PM.
