CALL to ARTISTS: Small Canvas BIG Impact 2024

The Huntington Arts Council believes that the arts have the power to impact our lives on every scale. Join us in making a difference, one tiny canvas at a time!

Due to the tremendous response to last year’s inaugural Small Canvas BIG Impact event we will once again invite artists to participate in this unique exhibition fundraiser.

Donated artwork created on 10″ x 10″ canvases supplied by the Huntington Arts Council make up this exhibition. Each piece is used to raise money for HAC at our fundraising event in December.

Small Canvas BIG Impact supports our mission of enriching the quality of life of long islanders with programs and services that address the needs and interests of artists, cultural organizations, and the community.

Please read the “How to Participate” steps below. 

The first step in order to participate is to register to pick up a canvas at our Main Street Gallery, 213 Main Street, Huntington, NY 11743.  The 10×10 canvas is free to members/$10 for non-members. Click this link to register for a pick up day and time beginning September 10 through October 8, 2024.

Complete original work on the 10″x10″ canvas supplied will be donated to HAC. The deadline for submission online to be included in the exhibition/fundraiser is October 25, 2024. Use this link to submit your work.

Artwork drop off at HAC is from October 31 – November 12, 2024, Tuesday – Friday 10:00AM – 4:00PM. CLOSED MONDAYS
