Celebration of Huntington’s Creative Culture

Stop by HAC to see our new building mural in the works by the members of the tiny COLLECTIVE*. We are super excited to see the transformation of the front of our building as well as our shared property with the Huntington Historical Society.

2:00 – 4:00PM is a Poetry Slam presented by Colored Colors. All are welcome.

*The tiny COLLECTIVE-The Huntington Arts Council is happy to announce a collaboration, through our JOURNEY Arts in Education program, with the Tiny Collective. Made up of 4 skilled muralists, and art educators, the Tiny Collective’s mission is to “promote a sense of well-being and community pride through murals and mural-focused arts education”. An interactive, hands on, tailored approach to these art based projects will focus on grades K-12, and individuals with special needs, working to make public spaces shine.Christophe Lima, Educator/Muralist, Audreiana Lesty, Project Manager/Muralist, Sage Cotignola, Designer/Muralist and Jeffrey Espinoza, Educator/Designer/Muralist make up the collective.
