Dance Visions NY, in collaboration with Healing Art Together and Westbury Arts, invites you to a joyful, inclusive, hands-on workshop where creativity comes alive through art, movement, and community.
People of all ages and all experience levels—whether you’re a seasoned artist or simply curious to try something new—are welcome to connect, create, and have fun together. Through gently guided prompts, participants will explore their unique creative voice using drawing and movement, while contributing to collaborative works of art where every voice adds to the whole.
The experience begins with visual art explorations led by Janine McCray-Booker of Healing ArtTogether. Then, those shared creations will inspire movement as the group transforms artwork into an original dance, guided by Beth Jucovy and Louisa Armstrong-Harrison of Dance Visions NY.
