Community Arts Grants

The Statewide Community Regrant (SCR) Community Arts Grant supports arts and cultural programming across all artistic disciplines, that strengthen community connections and celebrate local culture. All funded projects must be open to the public.

Individual artists, collectives, unincorporated groups, tribal organizations, and 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organizations with a current address in Nassau or Suffolk County are eligible to apply.

Mandatory Information Sessions

All applicants must attend a mandatory information session before submitting an application for the Community Arts grant. Please register at the link below.The Community Arts Information Session will be held via zoom on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 6pm.

The 2026 Community Arts grant application opens on Monday 2/9/2026.
Application Submission Deadline is 5pm on Friday 3/13/2026

Once submitted your application cannot be edited. Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit one week in advance, at minimum, of the deadline. Please note that no late applications will be accepted and no exceptions will be made, including in response to technical difficulties.
