ALL SCR ’23 grant awards require a final report. The final report must be submitted no later than 30 days after the completion of your project. In the case of projects that are scheduled for December 2023, final reports are due no later than January 15, 2024. Please be advised that not completing a final report may impact your funding for future grants. SCR ’23 Final Report Form link.
Grantees are required to submit a Final Budget Worksheet. Download the Final Budget Worksheet (link here), complete and upload to your final report.
