SUMMARY:Jan Guarino presents Fearless Watercolors 2 Workshops on Amelia Island
DESCRIPTION:I was once you.\nSo I built the class I never got. \nI was once you — seeking and searching for teachers\, classes\, workshops\,books\, anyone\, anywhere to help me find myself in this incredible medium.Sometimes I was elated by what happened in a class\, but mostly it led to disappointment. There were always pearls worth holding onto.\nIt was from that very frustration that I created my own classes — based on what I needed as a student and didn’t get. I took the very best of those opportunities and built workshops with an array of techniques for more successes when painting in watercolor. You may not know me\, but I know you.As a student\, I understand what you wish to get from a workshop. As a teacher\, I know how to deliver it.\nJoin me for an amazing three-day workshop\, filled with the best of the best — tangible\, and meant to be adapted to your own work\nA culmination of everything that actually works.\nThese are the techniques I’ve discovered and practice in every classand workshop. You’ll receive my reference photo and contourdrawing in advance — so we spend our days painting\, not setting up.\nBasic supply setup\nColor wheel — analogous & complementary color\nWhy paintings get muddy\, and how to avoid it\nColor temperature — light\, warmth\, cool & shadow\nThe two magic ingredients of watercolor\nSoft & hard edges — where\, and why\nDeveloping your impact area\nEasy composition\nCorrection techniques\nBlossoms\, drips & splatters — embraced and SO much more!\nGet out of the cold and join me on this beautiful island in the NE Florida this winter
