SUMMARY:The Art Guild of Port Washington presents Autumnal Mixed Media Watercolor with Lois Bender
DESCRIPTION:Keeping the vibrant Autumn seasonal spirit in mind\, experimenting with more dry and wet media in our watercolors can add exciting contrasts with wax crayons\, oil pastels\, watercolor crayons\, acrylic ink or regular inks. They offer fun elements of “resist” textures of beading\, ragged sensitive linear edges\, inky lines and bright colorations\, etc\,…including happy accidents.\nSubjects will vary in the class according to your preference but Autumnal topics plus being adventurous with mixed media will inspire your spontaneity in making fluid discoveries which can expand your personal artistic style. \nOpen to all levels
