Lexxi Saal, Deer Park, Singer/Songwriter, 11 years old. With the voice of a seasoned singer Lexxi is climbing the ranks of the music industry. Inspired by men and women in uniform and their families she wrote the song "Thank You!" which will be featured in the documentary "Mental Valor." Broadhollow Theatre Company presents: Disney's "High School Musical: The Concert!" High School Musical is a true teenage love story and a huge hit with kids and tweens. 11:00-11:50 a.m. Classical Interlude:

Victoria Segal, Huntington, Flautist, Andrea Maire, Piano Accompanist. Victoria has been playing classical flute since she was 10 years old. She was recognized as an All-State musician in Connecticut and is currently a regular performer at the Huntington Jewish Center's "Friday Night Live." Accompanying her on piano is Andrea Maire. Today's performance is the Mozart Concerto Number 1 in G Major, one of Victoria's favorite pieces.


Summer Penzi, Commack, Pianist,
3 years old. Summer started studies at Queens College with Mr. & Mrs. Liccardo at age 3, studying the Suzuki Piano Method, which is music training by ear. Practicing an hour and a half every day, she is quickly learning that practice makes perfect. Having a mobile studio allows her to practice before gymnastics, tennis & play dates. She says that the best part about playing the piano are performances like this, because she gets to dress up like a princess and go up on the big stage. Performance will include A Short Story by Heinrich Lichner & Minuet in G Major from J.S. Bach's Notebook for Anna Magdalena Bach.


Christian Verfenstein, Huntington Station, Pianist
, "Got Talent?" Long Island 2009 Finalist, 10 years old. Having studied piano from James Jee for the past two years he is now a student of Dr. Pirone, Director of Lawrence Eisman Center for Preparatory Studies in Music at Queens College. In May of this year he achieved NYSSMA 6. Christian will perform Waltz Op 69 No. 1 & Etude Op 25 No. 2, both by Chopin.


Les Deux, Stony Brook, The Concert Piano Duo,
James Jee (B.M. The Julliard School, M.M. & DMA SUNY Stony Brook) Winnie Yang (M.M. Manhattan School of Music, DMA SUNY Stony Brook). Individually having toured the U.S. and Asia, this newly-minted duo had stunning success at their inaugural performance in June at Hunter College. Howard Emerson, Huntington, Guitarist/Singer/Songwriter. He's really got it swinging! To paraphrase Oscar Levant, Howard's playing brings forth two basic emotions: envy and jealousy. He flat out plays, bringing syncopation to the forefront, while various compositions emphasize funky slide work and fingerstyle groove or simple, sweet melody. Laura Jean Binkley, Brooklyn, Folk/Rock/Acoustic. Long Island" 2009 Finalist. 11 years old, Jenna has been performing since she was 2, competing in various talent shows and searches. Recently featured in a pilot for the small screen, Jenna is currently in the studio, with lyrics specifically made for her, producing her first CD. Originally known for her work with October Project in the 90's, Mary's solo career includes Going Home from the movie "Gods and Generals"; Fahl's version of the traditional Irish tune The Dawning of the Day was featured in the film "The Guys." Fahl wrote her lyrics to The Dawning of the Day to honor firefighters who died in the September 11 attacks.
