Students grades 6-12 are invited to participate in “Nightmare on Main Street” with art inspired by the theme of Halloween. NEW DEADLINE: Sept. 24, 2018

“I love spooky, but not horror,” says show juror Jessica “Ratgrrl” Valentin. “I blend my work with spooky themes, color, and sweetness so I can deal with the things that scare me. How do you face the things that scare you?”

Known for her heartbreaking pop style, Valentin works in the digital and collage realms. Her art has graced gallery and street walls from Long Island to Manhattan. Ratgrrl’s latest project, Muñeca Arthouse, is a unique gallery space in Patchogue.
