Selections will include pieces from West Side Story and Candide, plus selections from contemporary or American Composers who influenced Bernstein, including George Gershwin’s (Rhapsody in Blue with Jeffrey Biegel – piano), Aaron Copland’s Quiet City, Richard Rodgers (Medley from Sound of Music) and Irving Berlin (God Bless America). Vocalists TBA. Arrive early for a pre-concert talk by Maestro Wiley beginning at 7:15 PM.
